Who It Is For

Built for account managers and merchant success teams

Merchant QBR AutoPilot is designed for teams that run recurring business reviews and need consistent, professional scorecard output without manual data prep.

  • Merchant account managers
  • Customer success managers
  • Partner managers
  • Business operations and reporting teams

What It Does

Turns merchant data into a QBR-ready scorecard in one conversation

Instead of pulling data from multiple sources and building slides by hand, the agent accepts sample or uploaded CSV data and returns a structured scorecard with an executive summary and a downloadable PowerPoint deck.

  • Structured scorecard with key metrics and trend highlights
  • Draft executive summary ready for stakeholder review
  • Downloadable PPTX artifact for direct use in presentations
  • Consistent output quality across every account team

Sample data, no setup required

Start immediately using preloaded sample merchants. No data connection or CSV upload needed to see the full scorecard output and workflow.

CSV-driven custom scorecards

Upload your own merchant data using the published CSV schema to generate scorecards from real performance inputs. The agent validates the input and returns explicit errors for missing or malformed fields.

Presentation-ready PPTX output

Every scorecard generates a branded PowerPoint deck with a time-limited download link — ready to share with stakeholders or use directly in QBR meetings.
