After scorecards are generated, create a ZIP bundle in the same OneDrive workspace so the batch is easy to download or share.
You have the scorecards, the batch workspace, and the ZIP bundle ready for internal review or merchant-facing QBR prep.
When the ZIP is ready, open a short Outlook draft with the batch summary and OneDrive ZIP link included.
