Terms of Use for Merchant QBR AutoPilot

1. Intended Use

Merchant QBR AutoPilot is provided for business users to generate merchant QBR scorecard drafts and supporting summaries.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for validating generated content, protecting confidential merchant data, and ensuring CSV or TSV inputs are accurate, authorized for processing, and appropriate to use with the signed-in user's Microsoft 365 account.

3. Service Limitations

The app can generate one scorecard or a batch of scorecards. Batch generation is limited to the supported request size, may split larger sets into groups, may return validation errors for invalid input, and provides time-limited download URLs for some generated files.
